Welcome to my Auto Flip Cash review.
If you’ve ever watched home renovation shows, you may be aware of the term “flipping.” Flipping is a term for buying a house, renovating it and selling it for profit. It takes a lot of time and money. Renovations, especially for old houses, cost a lot. They have to adhere to current building codes and what not.
The properties surrounding yours will determine the price that you can sell your property for. If most houses in that area look similar to each other, you will have a ballpark figure of the price. It’s really up to you to make your property be the one they want to buy.
So when I found out that there’s a similar thing happening on the internet, I was kind of intrigued. How could anyone possibly “flip” something on the internet? I had to learn more.

What Is Auto Flip Cash?
Auto Flip Cash is a training program meant to help you earn money from building websites. The process is similar to flipping houses. You can apparently earn at least $150 for a website you spend $40 to build.

How Auto Flip Cash Works
The Auto Flip Cash website was active around 2016 until 2018. Since the website is no longer active, I had a hard time accessing it. I managed to find an archived version of it online. So let’s get into it.
The gist of Auto Flip Cash is that this program can help you earn a few hundred dollars just from building a website. Apparently there is an actual marketplace where people can sell their websites? Somehow there are certain types of websites that people want to acquire. And Auto Flip Cash will help you make one that will sell for a lot with minimal effort?
It’s actually very hard to make a website that gets a decent amount of web traffic. Sure, there are now services that help you build websites easily. That seems like the most obvious choice for a newbie. It does cost some money to maintain a domain name and pay for that website building service. If you were expecting to not spend money on a website, you were wrong.
So where does Auto Flip Cash come into play? Well, you have to pay them a one-time fee of $27 in order to join their training program. You can apparently choose whether you want to watch their training videos or read a 74-page PDF containing the same information. There’s also a case study showing how exactly you could earn twice the money you put into “flipping” a website.
Apparently, it will only take you 45 minutes before you earn hundreds of dollars. How that works? I’m not exactly sure. There are only three steps you need in order to earn money: research, build, sell.
Why it will take you a few videos or a 74-page PDF to get through those three points, I’m not really sure.
Is Auto Flip Cash Legit? Does It Pay?
It’s kind of weird that the website for a service that will supposedly teach you how to earn money from building websites looks really bad. Somehow, the web design for it feels like it was made a few years earlier than 2016. It’s just… bad.
It takes a lot of time and effort to make a website profitable. If you look at the websites that are being sold on Flippa, some of them take a few years before they became profitable. The bids being made for these websites vary a lot.
One of the things that Auto Flip Cash apparently teaches you is that you don’t really need page views coming into your website when you sell it. But you actually need to have page views to get a pretty decent starting bid price. I guess some flips, with regards to houses, are just made quick so they can get their money back easily. But not giving attention to it is bad.
If you don’t really give that much thought into the website you’re making, you probably would get the kinds of profits that they say you could get. That just seems obvious. Sure, you may get your money back. But was it worth putting the money into it in the first place?

Pros and Cons
The website’s no longer available so there isn’t really any point in finding the positive and negative aspects for it. I will say again that the website is really badly designed. Like, they really could’ve put just a little more thought into it. Make it seem like they actually know what they’re doing.
Conclusion
Like I said, it takes a long time to make a website profitable. You should never really expect that just a few minutes will give you big bucks. Businesses take a while before they get their money back. You have to get actual customers to come into your store and buy something.
Maybe Auto Flip Cash might’ve helped to some degree. But I’m not really sure that it would’ve made sense to treat that program as gospel. The internet is changing, whether we like it or not. Some things that might’ve worked well in 2016, might not work in 2022. You have to adapt to the times.
The same can be said about flipping houses. You can save more money by using cheaper materials in some parts of the build. But prospective homeowners are very discerning. If they find something that feels and looks better to them, they might spend just a little bit more money to get that properties. Somebody might buy your property eventually. But they will probably buy it a lower price than you’re asking.
And that’s it for my review of Auto Flip Cash. If you somehow found something useful from it, why not share this to your friends and family?
